How do I make a reservation?

You can submit a request online through our website or contact our office to get started. Put your wishlist together, and we’ll verify availability, confirm pricing and details, and work with you to finalize your event.

Do you deliver outside your local area?

Yes. We service much of Southern California. Delivery, travel, and staffing fees may vary based on distance, timing, and event requirements.

Does pricing include delivery and setup?

Many local rentals include standard delivery and setup, but pricing can vary depending on location, access, staffing, timing, power, and specialty equipment.

When do you set up?

Setup timing depends on the event, route, and equipment. We usually arrive in advance of your event start time, and for larger events we may set up much earlier or even the day before.

Does rental time include setup time?

No. Your rental or operation time is separate from our setup window.

How much space do I need?

Each item has different space requirements. Please review the dimensions listed for the item and make sure there is enough room for the attraction, blower, access, anchoring, and safe clearance around it.

What surfaces can you set up on?

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt, carpet, synthetic turf, and some other surfaces depending on the item. We aren't able to set certain inflatables and water slides up on sand or dirt. Some attractions have special requirements, so always check with us first.

Do I need power?

Many attractions require power. We provide the proper extension cords and will let you know the exact requirements. If power is not available, a generator may be needed.

What about parks or public venues?

Many parks do not have accessible or approved power. If you are setting up at a park, school, or public venue, please confirm power, permits, and setup rules with the site in advance.

Do you provide generators?

Yes, when needed (additional fees apply) Generator requirements vary depending on the attraction.

Is the equipment clean?

Yes. Our equipment is inspected, cleaned, and disinfected before and after each rental.

What payments do you accept?

We accept almost all major payment methods commonly used for private and business events. Credit Cards may incur an additional 3.5% fee. Some check payments may require approval in advance. P.O.'s can also be accepted with coordination and approval of our business office.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve equipment and secure your event date. Please contact us if you plan to pay with a Purchase Orders as different rules and deposit guidelines are followed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are generally non-refundable because we reserve the equipment and turn away other bookings. Weather-related decisions are handled based on the specific circumstances and timing of the event.

What happens if it rains or the weather changes?

Some weather conditions may make setup or operation unsafe. Weather decisions are made based on the type of attraction, forecast, site conditions, and safety requirements.

Can adults use the inflatables and attractions too?

Some units are designed for kids, some for adults, and some for both. Check the item details or ask us what fits your crowd best - reach out to us if you'd like specific information on manufacturer limitations and guidelines for any specific unit.

Am I responsible for the equipment during the event?

Clients are expected to follow safety rules, supervise where required, and help protect the equipment from misuse, prohibited items, weather exposure, and damage caused by guests.

Can I see the contract and safety rules in advance?

Yes. We can provide the contract, safety rules, and event requirements before your rental.

Can I combine discounts or coupons?

Discounts and promotions generally cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Do you provide staff or attendants?

Yes, for many attractions and event services. Some items require attendants, some include operators/staff, and others can be client-supervised depending on the setup and package.

Do you only offer bounce houses?

No. We also provide water slides, obstacle courses, carnival rides, games, trackless trains, rock walls, laser tag, movie nights, characters, entertainers, food service, and full event support.
